Canceling stops the maintenance, hosting, and monitoring covered by the monthly plan. If your site is running on our hosting, it won't stay live for free once that stops, but we won't just pull the plug on you either. We'll help you move it to your own hosting first, so you keep a working site even if you take it in-house.
As many as it takes to get it right before launch. After launch, small tweaks like swapping text or photos are covered under your monthly plan. Bigger changes, like new pages or new features, are a separate conversation and a separate quote.
Yes. Your site is built with plain HTML, so if you're comfortable editing code, you're free to update it whenever you want, no permission needed. If you'd rather not touch code, just tell us what to change and we'll take care of it as part of your monthly plan.
